World Autism Awareness Day felt like a great opportunity to announce some new funding we've secured that champions inclusion and accessibility in the Hospitality sector. Youth Projects is leading the creation of a first-of-its-kind sensory inclusive commercial kitchen in Melbourne’s inner west. With support from Brian M. Davis Charitable Foundation and partners Studio Tate, THE GREEN BOAT, RMIT University and Untapped Talent, the MAKE SENSE kitchen will be a hub for The Little Social 🤍 and our hospitality pre-employment programs. We look forward to creating a space where young people of all abilities, including autistic young people, can learn, grow and thrive.
