We’re excited to announce the appointment of Mary Jankulovski as Chief Operating Officer at Youth Projects – our first COO! As Youth Projects continues to grow across youth services and social enterprise, so too has the demand for our services, partnerships and impact. Creating this role is an important step in strengthening how we work across the organisation, ensuring we continue to scale thoughtfully, stay aligned, and deliver the best possible support and opportunities for the young people and communities we support. Mary brings a wealth of experience across youth services, employment, training and social enterprise, and even started her career as a youth worker, grounding her leadership in real-world practice… a perfect fit for Youth Projects. Her appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Youth Projects as we continue to evolve, grow our impact, and build an organisation that is increasingly connected, collaborative and future-focused.
