AI is shaping your future. You should be shaping AI. Hiring algorithms decide whether your CV reaches a human. Recommendation systems decide what you see, read, and believe. Generative tools are  quietly rewiring how you think, write, and create. And the economy  you're about to enter is transforming faster than any education  system can keep up with. Here's the part that should bother you: most of the decisions about  how AI develops are being made by people two, three, four decades  older than the generation that will live with the consequences longest. That's the gap we're here to close. Introducing Youth for Responsible AI (y4rai) — a global community  initiative for young people who want to understand AI, question it,  and shape where it goes next. What we're building: → a remote fellowship for 16–28 year olds to do real work in    responsible AI → free, openly-licensed AI literacy resources for students and educators → public workshops on the frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST, and more) that    actually govern this technology You don't need a CS degree. You don't need to have read every AI ethics  paper. You need to be curious, be honest about what you don't yet  understand, and be willing to learn out loud. More coming this week — including how to join the first cohort. Follow along. Forward this to someone who should see it. 🔗 youthforresponsibleai.com #ResponsibleAI #YouthVoices #AIGovernance #AILiteracy #AIEthics
