Last night at YEC Madrid we had the pleasure of hosting Adriana Dominguez, President of Grupo ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ. Adriana spent 17 years inside the company before becoming President in 2020. A brand present in 54 countries, with a very clear identity and a long history behind it. The conversation touched on culture as strategy, the importance of really listening, and the very particular challenge of leading a family business.
