EV battery-tech startup EMO.energy has raised ₹59 crore in a pre-Series B round led by Raghav Capital, taking its valuation to ₹860 crore, a 4.3X jump from its previous Series A valuation. Founded in 2022 by Sheetanshu Tyagi and Rahul Patel, the startup develops AI-powered battery systems for electric mobility and energy storage through its proprietary ZEN platform, which combines battery management, thermal management, and fast-charging technologies. The fresh capital will be used for working capital, expansion, and capacity building as EMO Energy scales its presence across the EV ecosystem.
