#youngone #sedaily By way of an update, we have added full English translations of the articles for a better reading experience, rather than using a Google translation of the original Korean articles. Please follow the link below https://lnkd.in/g-2RmpqQ Here are excerpts from the translations. The word "MooYeok (means trade)" is embedded in our company's name. Compared with today's corporate names, which often favor sleek English initials or stylish brand identities, it may sound somewhat old-fashioned. Yet these two syllables capture our identity and the very essence of what we do more clearly than anything else. The meaning of our name is closely tied to the origins of our group. In the 1970s, when Korea was aspiring to become an export powerhouse, our founder, Chairman Kihak Sung, worked in the New Market Development Team at Seoul Trading. Rather than following well-established paths, he chose to explore new markets by exporting sweaters to Europe. That pioneering spirit laid the foundation for what has become the Youngone Group today. In those days, trade meant more than simply buying and selling goods. It represented the entrepreneurial pursuit of expanding markets by venturing into new territories. With a quality product in hand and the determination to seek out new buyers around the world, opportunities followed. Leadership has long been regarded as one of the essential qualities of guiding an organization. Yet today, I believe it is time to add another virtue to that list: the ability to open our ears to people and to the voices from the front lines. I would call this "Earship." We live in an age where people have become exceptionally good at speaking. Whether in meetings or presentations, everyone expresses their opinions clearly and confidently. Arguments are logical, and people articulate their thoughts without hesitation. Yet there seem to be fewer people who truly listen until others have finished speaking. Words are abundant, but listening is becoming increasingly rare. July 8, 2026 https://lnkd.in/gtPb8Vu8 July 14, 2026 https://lnkd.in/gDbCxGHg
