EMERGE 2026 marked the beginning of a new chapter for the Young Global Leaders Class of 2026. Over two days, leaders from across sectors, regions and disciplines came together to connect, reflect and begin building the relationships that will shape the next three years of their #YGL journey. The conversations throughout the gathering reflected many of the questions shaping leadership globally right now: from navigating uncertainty and technological transformation to rebuilding trust, strengthening resilience and leading across difference. But beyond the sessions themselves, EMERGE is also about building the foundations of community early.
