A group of students, faculty, and Southeast Queens residents recently traveled from the York College campus to the waterfront campus of Kingsborough Community College (KCC) in the Manhattan Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn to set sail in the Research Vessel CUNY1 on Jamaica Bay, and to explore a part of the Hudson Raritan Estuary system.
