This is me. 🎨 Quality Assurance Manager. Standard holder. Heart-led, head-strong. People often think quality assurance is about paperwork and checklists. And yes, the structure matters. But for me, it has always been about something deeper — making sure that every person we support gets care that holds up to scrutiny and holds up to love. 🫶 Check. Improve. Repeat. This year has been about building real foundations — resolving our systems, preparing for CQC, launching our Key Worker project, strengthening training across the board. None of it glamorous.
