Three years ago, GEOMIN was more than an idea — it was a conviction. A belief that geophysics could connect science, data, and purpose to shape the future of mineral exploration. What began as a vision shared among colleagues has now become a global platform — uniting 38 countries, 150+ companies, and some of the brightest minds in mining and geoscience. I’m deeply honored to share the story behind how SEG and the Saudi Geological Survey (SGS), under the patronage of H.E. Bandar Al-Khorayef and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, turned this vision into reality — creating not just an event, but a movement of knowledge, collaboration, and purpose.
