From inspiring keynotes to meaningful conversations and shared moments of connection, the 2026 Youth Governors Conference brought youth leadership to life in a powerful way. Across every session, these young leaders demonstrated passion, courage, and a deep commitment to creating positive change. Their ideas, perspectives, and determination served as a reminder that the future is bright—and in exceptionally capable hands. We’re also deeply grateful to our strategic partner MissionSquare for their generous support of this conference and YMCA Youth and Government programs nationwide. Together, we’re creating more opportunities for young people to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and deepen their civic understanding as they prepare to make an impact in their communities and beyond.
