First, they went to Borough Hall; now they've tackled City Hall! On Thursday, May 14, Y youth who participate in our Teens Take the City program took over City Hall's Council Chambers, engaging alongside New York City Council Speaker Julie Menin and Councilmember Gale Brewer.  Celebrating its 20th year in 2026, Teens Take the City engages Y youth on an 8-month journey of civic engagement.
