It is with deep sorrow that we learnt this morning of the passing of His Highness the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. His visionary leadership and enduring contributions to the State of Qatar will forever be remembered. I personally extend heartfelt condolences to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the ruling family members of Al Thani family, and the people of Qatar during this time of national mourning. May God grant him eternal peace and mercy.
