What a year and what a journey it has been! After almost a year of learning, challenging myself, exchanging ideas, and building new connections, I am proud to have completed the Siemens Project Leadership Excellence programme.🤓✨ One of the most rewarding parts of the programme was connecting with amazing colleagues from across the globe — from Saudi Arabia, the US, Brazil, China, France, Singapore, India, South Africa, Turkey, Canada, the UK, and many European countries including Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, and Denmark.🌍 The diversity of experiences, cultures, and viewpoints made every discussion richer and reminded me that great leadership is built through continuous learning, collaboration, and openness to different perspectives. As I begin a new chapter in my career, I am taking with me not only the knowledge and tools gained throughout this programme, but also the experiences, friendships, and lessons learned from such an incredible international group of leaders. A big thank you to Siemens, facilitators, coaches, Beate Nicholls MBA,Liz Machtynger CMBE ,Kate Davis, Andy Harmer, Jutta Tobias Mortlock and all my fellow participants who made this journey so memorable.
