Personal notes and authentic personal interactions. These pics say it all. I am blessed to have been a part of Vico Therapeutics’ HR team in this last year. Thankful for all the cool projects we worked on. Building and implementing an ATS system with a pipeline of high potential candidates, a new website, a dedicated careerpage, writing HR processes and protocols with my lovely colleagues, the creating of an EVP… And ofcourse the ‘regular’ recruitment components of hiring. Can I give a huge shoutout to the talented and very dedicated people that are the heart and soul of Vico Therapeutics, which main purpose is to advance antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapies to tackle rare genetic neurological diseases such as Huntington’s with the highest focus on patient commitments. Thank you for a great, warm and nurturing work environment and yes, I will miss you too 😊 Wishing you all the best in the next exciting phases to come!
