Today, we closed a truly special two-year chapter ✨ This young graduate program was much more than an integration journey. It was a real opportunity to grow, learn, and build strong connections with fellow graduates from different countries and different backgrounds. France, Poland, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey, the Netherlands… Engineering, IT, business, communication, marketing… What made this experience so valuable was the richness of the exchanges, but also the concrete tools it gave us to keep growing: from public speaking and feedback workshops to management topics, MBTI, AI, factory visits, and technical center discoveries. It helped us strengthen our soft skills, better understand the market, and gain a broader view of the company and its different departments. More importantly, it gave us space to share our challenges, learn from each other, and move forward with more confidence. Today is emotional 💙 because it marks the end of a beautiful chapter. But it is also something to celebrate: we are no longer the young graduates we were at the beginning of this journey. We have grown, learned, and evolved, together.
