Unit Weight: 5,500 kg Unit Dimensions: Overall Length 1,715 mm / Max Swing Diameter approximately 1,600 mm. Perform precision turning of sealing interfaces of turbine runner blades. Setting and Alignment: Perform precise alignment and adjustment based on reference pivot points, including axial runout check. Precision Machining: Perform precision machining of sealing seats to achieve diameters of Ø1437h8 and Ø1351h6. Metal Removal: Reducing the outer diameter from Ø1553 mm to the target diameters of Ø1437 mm and Ø1351 mm. Advanced measuring instruments for precise verification of the dimensional tolerances of H6 and H8 microns. Surface Finishing: ensuring the required smoothness and precision to guarantee safe operation and prevent any leakage.
