Thrilled to share my first experience at VESIM - Vivekanand Institute of Management Studies and Research ! Before starting our academic journey, we participated in an outbound learning program at Monteria Village, Khalapur. Our team of 13 members came together, faced challenges, made mistakes, and most importantly – learned from them. With teamwork, coordination, and bonding, we successfully won the outbound program! 🏆 This experience taught us the true value of discipline, leadership, collaboration, and adaptability – qualities that will guide us in our MMS journey and beyond. A heartfelt thank you to our respected Director Vijay T Raisinghani, PhD, PhD , Dr. Seema Sant ma’am, Dr. Ravi Jeswani (Alumni-IIMA, MMS, M.E, B.E), the teaching and non-teaching faculty, and the HR team for organizing this wonderful program. 🙏 Special gratitude to our seniors – Tanisha Panda, Bhagyashree Mishra, Shreya Barapatre, Shreya Shetty, Radhika Poyyara, Mansi Gusaiwal, Richa Bijoor, Rakshita Kshatriya, Ananya Shinde, OSHIN JADHWANI, Viraj Bhimani, Jahnavee Shukal, Sumit Sonawane, Sumedh Khedkar – for guiding us throughout and making this program impactful and memorable. Also thankful to my amazing teammates –Nikita Talreja, Ruchika Batra, Riya Hemnani, KUNAL patil, Rajiv Sukhwani, Janhavee Rahatwal, Kashish Rajpal, Sejal Vaswani, Piyush Gelani and more– for their energy, bonding, and dedication that made our team’s success possible.
