Yardi has published its second MCP connector on the Anthropic marketplace. The Yardi Matrix Connector gives investors, lenders, asset managers and operators access to Yardi Matrix market intelligence directly within Claude. Together with the Virtuoso Connector, teams can work with internal portfolio data and external market intelligence in a single context window, helping accelerate portfolio analysis, reporting and decision-making.
