Today, on International Women in Engineering Day, we celebrate the women engineers who help drive innovation, solve complex challenges and create real impact every day! ๐Ÿ‘ At Yara, women contribute across our business from production and process engineering to R&D, sustainability and project management. Their expertise is essential to advancing our mission of responsibly feeding the world and protecting the planet. While engineering is still a male-dominated field globally, we know that diverse perspectives strengthen teams, improve decision-making and accelerate innovation. Our colleague Ellen Cocquyt, VP Global Climate and Energy, has spent 16 years at our Sluiskil production site. Her journey is a reminder that there is no single path into engineering: "I didnโ€™t have a clear plan. I chose engineering because I was good at mathematics. Over time, I discovered how much I enjoy solving real, tangible problems and creating impact. My passion for engineering grew through doing and experiencing." In this video, Ellen shares the stereotype sheโ€™d like to break and her advice to future women engineers. ๐Ÿ‘‡ #INWED2026
