Brand & Marketing Executive | I turn brand strategy into measurable growth, performance and market impact | Leader of cross-functional teams | VP / CMO track

After two extraordinary years with Le Groupe Cirque du Soleil, and as part of a broader organizational restructuring, I’m closing this chapter with deep gratitude and pride in what we helped advance. Few experiences compare to helping steward an iconic global brand built over 40 years, in a highly competitive environment where growth depends on continuously finding new ways to attract audiences, expand relevance, and evolve the brand without compromising its DNA. When I joined, alongside the exceptional leadership of Anne Belliveau, we helped build a new customer experience function. There was significant work to do, from strategy to structure and capabilities, to support evolving ambitions. Over two years, my mandate expanded to include marketing across our North American portfolio, with the privilege of leading a multidisciplinary team of 70 extraordinary people. Among the work I’m most proud of: re-examining the brand architecture to redefine sub-brands and growth drivers, while shaping a more continuous consumer experience beyond the traditional two-hour show; leading one of the most comprehensive brand health measurement initiatives in over 15 years to ground decisions in data; launching Cirque’s first strategic acquisition campaign with a dedicated media investment strategy; and introducing a creative platform centered on the raw, athletic excellence of our artists, stripping away traditional codes to reveal pure performance. We also evolved multiple show IPs to expand creative territories and connect with audiences in new ways. Finally, I contributed to a long-term strategic brand plan designed to strengthen the master brand’s relevance for future generations. While it did not reach launch, I’m proud to have helped shape it. This chapter reinforced what I believe most: great brands grow through clarity, discipline, and ambition. I won’t be able to name everyone who made this journey meaningful, but I do want to recognize a few in particular: Christian Ayotte, Magdalena Pienkowska, Yuri Berger, Rémi Sauvageau, Amélie Robitaille, Dominique Schuster, Armen Tamzarian, Fabienne Daigle, and Mandia Moïse. It was a true privilege to work alongside you every day. I also want to acknowledge my executive coach, Stephane Lagrange, whose ongoing support over the past several years has helped me grow as a leader and continue to refine how I think, decide, and lead. The mandate matters, but so does who you build it with. Grateful to all the exceptional teams and leaders I had the privilege to work with, and energized by what’s next at the intersection of brand, growth, and transformation.
