I’m extremely humbled and excited to share that I’ve been ranked 3rd nationally for ST1 Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery This has been years in the making. From early setbacks before even getting into medicine, to building my portfolio piece by piece, it’s honestly been a process of just showing up and doing the work. I’ve been lucky to learn from incredible mentors, registrars, and colleagues in the North of Scotland who pushed me, backed me, and set the standard I’ve been trying to reach. I’m looking forward to diving head first into the next 8 years of orthopaedic training in the North of Scotland, continuing to develop, taking on new challenges, and contributing to the teams and culture I once dreamed of being a part of.
