We were truly honoured to welcome the Japanese Ambassador to Slovakia, H.E. Yasuhiro Kawakami, to our Yamagata Europe office. It was a privilege to host such a distinguished visit and to share a glimpse of what we do every day. We especially appreciated the time the Ambassador and Takamaru-san dedicated to meeting our team and listening to colleagues across departments. Through short introductions, Michaela presented our work in technical writing, Erik showcased clear visual presentation of our technical illustrations, Viktória explained project management, Tomáš highlighted language engineering and technical support, Nina shared insights into QA processes, and Katarína emphasised the importance of HR and the human touch behind everything we do. It was a meaningful exchange that allowed us to present not only our expertise, but also the people and passion that drive our work.
