סיימתי היום ללמד בפעם השניה את הקורס "משאבי אנוש בעולם העבודה העתידי" באוניברסיטת תל אביב לסטודנטים לתואר שני בלימודי עבודה. כבוד בשבילי להעניק ידע באוניברסיטה בה גדלתי. תודה רבה ללילך Lilach Lurie, ראשת החוג, ולצוות החוג Labor Studies Tel Aviv University, על האמון המלא והתמיכה לאורך כל הדרך. תודה ענקית לסטודנטיות ולסטודנטים הנפלאים על סקרנות, חכמה ותשוקה לעולם העבודה המשתנה. תודה ל- SAP שמאפשרת לי להתפתח בכל יום בחברה מובילת דעה בעולם העבודה העתידי. תודה מיוחדת למנהלים שלי Manuel Schulte ו- Dr. Christian Schmeichel. תודה למירי Miri Gal bort על שיתוף הפעולה הפורה. אבל התודה הכי גדולה היא למרצים האורחים הכי טובים שיש, שהתגייסו בימי שישי להגיע לאוניברסיטה כדי לחלוק ידע ולגדל את הדור הבא של אנשי משאבי אנוש ומנהלים: תודה לרוני Rony Rozen שחשפה אותנו לעומק מהפכת ה- AI, תודה לויקי Viki Groner שלימדה את כלי AI הכי מתקדמים שיש לאנשי משאבי אנוש, תודה לכוכב Cohav Nir שהובילה אותנו להבין שינוים בניהול ובארגונים, תודה לנהוראי Nehoray Erdinast Ofri מומחה הסקילס - הבסיס החדש שלנו, תודה לגלית Galit Gold שששיתפה באותנטיות על אנושיות ועל שינוים בתפקיד משאבי אנוש ותודה לאלון Alon Brikman מהעמותה שמחוברת ללבי עמותת אלון ואלה Alon and Ella שחיבר אותנו לעצמנו ולנתינה לאחר. זכות גדולה לארח אתכם וללמד יחד בנדיבות הלב והידע. כפי שכתוב על דלת האוניברסיטה הבטנו לאנושות בעיניים גם בעידן של מהפכות ושינויים. Today I completed teaching for the second time the course "Human Resources in the Future of Work" at Tel Aviv University for master students in Labor Studies. It's an honor for me to share knowledge at the university where I grew up. Thank you very much to Lilach Lurie, head of the department, and to the Labor Studies Tel Aviv University team for their full trust and support throughout the journey. Enormous thanks to the wonderful students for their curiosity, wisdom, and passion for the changing world of work. Thanks to SAP, which enables me to grow every day at a thought-leading company in the future of work. Special thanks to my managers Manuel Schulte and Dr. Christian Schmeichel. Thank you Miri Gal bort for the fruitful collaboration. But the biggest thank you goes to the best guest lecturers there are, who volunteered on Fridays to come to the university to share knowledge and nurture the next generation of HR professionals and managers: Thank you Rony Rozen who exposed us to the depth of the AI revolution, thank you Viki Groner who taught us the most advanced AI tools available to HR professionals, thank you Cohav Nir who led us to understand changes in management and organizations, thank you Nehoray Erdinast Ofri, skills expert - our new foundation, thank you Galit Gold who authentically shared about humanity and changes in the HR role, and thank you Alon Brikman who connected us to ourselves and to giving back. It's a great privilege to host you and teach together with such generosity of heart and knowledge. As written on the university's door, we looked at humanity in the eyes together even in an era of revolutions and changes.
