From raw teak to roaring engines: We start with premium teak, selected for consistency and durability. Each piece is templated and cut to follow the hullโ€™s curves with millimetre precision, so the deck doesnโ€™t just sit on the boat โ€“ it belongs to it. Custom cushions are then tailored to the millimetre, following every curve and corner so they sit flush with coamings, hatches and bulwarks. Stitching, foam density, fabric choice โ€“ all tuned for long days in the sun and nights at anchor. โš“ Below the surface, the electrical system and engines are treated with the same obsession for detail. Cables are routed cleanly, labelled and protected; control systems are tested, calibrated and integrated so that lights, displays, thrusters and audio all work in seamless harmony. Engines and drives are aligned, fuel and cooling systems are checked and pressure- tested, and every sensor is verified. โœ”๏ธ Then comes the final polish โ€“ literally. Teak is cleaned and detailed, cushions are fitted, hardware is torqued, and the hull and deck receive a last inspection under unforgiving light. Only when every switch clicks perfectly and every surface reflects like glass do we head out for sea trials. ๐ŸŒŠ Stay tuned for the last part coming soon!
