Confidence doesn’t grow in isolation; it grows where curiosity is encouraged and where people feel safe enough to try. That’s exactly what we’re building: an African community where confidence has permission to exist. If we’re serious about solving our challenges and shaping the future of Africa, then we have to be intentional about the spaces we create, spaces where people are seen, heard, and empowered. Especially when confidence shows up in forms that have often been overlooked: in women, in young people, in diverse African voices. Because that kind of confidence isn’t a disruption; it's the advantage.
