When Big Tech takes IP without permission, the future pays the price – the incentives that drive the creation of new ideas and investment in those creations die.   Yesterday, Xockets filed two federal lawsuits against Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infringing our patented cloud technologies — the core architecture behind accelerated computing and AI infrastructure in cloud data centers.   This follows last week’s joint statement by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office to restore injunctions as a matter of course — recognizing that without them, U.S. startups and the innovation economy are at grave risk. We invented the technology and secured the patents. We built the future. Then Amazon took our technology. And has profited — massively — without consent, compensation, or conscience.   We seek swift justice to stop the ongoing infringement by Amazon and the irreparable harm to Xockets and our exclusive patent rights.
