While at ShopBack, I thought a lot about simplifying the means to any end. This involved evaluating the process of AI copywriting and finding new avenues to create copy. Just as an exploration, I vibe-coded a Figma plugin on Cursor that allows the user to generate copy within the app. This plugin: - Generates contextual copy through a chat interface (powered by OpenAI's API) - Ensures the generated copy fits each component’s constraints Designing the right constraints turned out to be key, as I learnt that good AI output depends on strong context and clear problem framing. Building it ended up being a great exercise in spotting gaps and opportunities in a workflow.
