Xactools proudly presents: our high-end-, fully automated-, completely contact-free multi-sensor measurement-, classfication- and optical inspection machine (featuring DENKweit AI). Various measurement technologies/sensors integrated, for measuring: + axial runout and concentricity + defect inspection with KEYENCE CORPORATION shape-from-shading line scan- and Precitec 3D Metrology chromatic vision camera + defect types (size thresholds can be set by user): chips, edge defects, flaking, porosity (from 10 microns), dents, metal abrasion (foreign particles) + surface roughness (Pt_max) on both faces + concavity, convexity + flatness on both faces + parallelism + diameter + length Length is measured with nanometer precision with two Heliotis AG H8 area interferometers. These results are fed into our handling system which puts the ceramic bolts into the very blisters inside (1 micron segmentation) our three-track palettizing system. Automatic stacking and printing on the blisters avoids mixing them up by accident! 💡
