Besides robot based handling and connecting the base plate with the reflective body by RINCO ULTRASONICS GmbH ultra sonic welding device, we also measure tightness, contour and labelling with DENKweit OCR. For condensation control a membrane is pressed onto each part before they are handled back into the transport tray. Automated cyclic measurement system control is included here as well! 💡
