Instead of handling each part manually and taking statistical samples to measure height and diameter, this machine handles (powered by Epson Robots Europe) and performs contact free measurements (transmitted light vision system from Allied Vision) for all parts (100% control) to ensure that only correctly sized parts reach the next production step. An automated palettizer guarantees a reliable extraction for further processing.
