“Choose France” 2026: Driving AI Infrastructure in Europe   This Monday, the 9th edition of the Choose France summit brought together around 200 executives from across the globe 🌍 at the Palace of Versailles. Our Group CEO Damien Macq and X-FAB France Site CEO Sébastien Daveau were invited to this year’s event, hosted by President Emmanuel Macron.   Beyond the main program, it was a special honor for X-FAB to be part of an exclusive roundtable discussion on what it takes to deliver AI infrastructure at gigawatt scale⚡ – a critical topic as the world accelerates its digital and AI transformation. At X-FAB, we are proud to contribute to this evolution. With our high-voltage CMOS, wide bandgap (SiC, GaN), and photonics technologies, we enable key building blocks for AI data center infrastructure. Our solutions span a wide range of applications from the grid to the CPU, including solutions for power, timing and thermal management– all essential to ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable data center operations.   Following the completion of our recent major expansion program, our focus is now on driving and developing specific, high-impact projects, including in photonics for quantum computing applications. For these initiatives – and, most importantly, for our customers – time-to-market is critical. Ensuring that local innovation is rapidly industrialized in Europe is key to maintaining competitiveness in a fast-moving global landscape.
