Since 1996, Würth Masterservice has stood for repair, maintenance, testing and calibration — helping to keep machines, tools and equipment ready for use. What started in 1996 with around 40 incoming machines per day and 5,500 spare parts in stock has grown significantly over the years: today, Würth Masterservice handles around 600 incoming machines per day and has more than 10,000 spare parts in stock. Together with its support site in Pilsen, Czech Republic, the Masterservice of Würth Deutschland employs around 140 employees, including approximately 65 service technicians. Its services go far beyond classic repairs. From maintenance and inspections to testing and calibration, the team helps reduce downtime and ensures that customers are always ready for their next job. The international network has also grown over the years: repairs have already been carried out for more than 15 Würth companies, including those in Ireland, Belgium, Slovakia, France, Italy and Austria. In addition, more than 30 Würth companies have their own Masterservice structures, while many still rely on the German Masterservice for selected repairs or technical expertise.
