➡️ Hidden champions: You can't see them. People rarely talk about them. And yet it is precisely here that the decision is made as to whether a plant runs smoothly or requires constant adjustment. When treating landfill leachate, it quickly becomes clear how demanding real operating conditions truly are. High salt loads, fluctuating compositions, fine solids. Processes that work on paper often reach their limits under these circumstances. Operators need solutions that perform not only under ideal conditions, but reliably in day-to-day operation. DT and ST reverse osmosis modules from UNISOL are designed for exactly these challenges. In existing plants, they take over where conventional elements lose performance or where susceptibility to fouling increases. What ultimately matters is not a single technical parameter, but overall performance in operation: stable separation efficiency despite fluctuating feed quality, uniform flow without critical deposition zones, and a design that makes maintenance predictable. In practice, this means one thing above all: fewer unplanned interventions and greater process reliability when treating heavily contaminated wastewater. A typical hidden champion. Barely visible, yet crucial for ensuring that demanding applications remain manageable in the long term. ✅ At the same time, environmental protection is becoming increasingly important. The reliable removal of persistent substances such as PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) is a growing challenge in landfill leachate and industrial wastewater treatment. Robust reverse osmosis systems make a decisive contribution to preventing these long-lasting contaminants from entering the environment and groundwater resources. With more than 50,000 modules installed in over 1,000 systems, UNISOL has extensive references and decades of expertise in water treatment worldwide. 👉 See further information here: https://lnkd.in/dwcJzsCt
