Visioneers that inspire us! Meet Claire Gott MBE FICE. From her early days as a Graduate Engineer to her role as Head of Building Structures for WSP in the UK & Ireland, Claire's career has been shaped by many people.  Having worked across all of our UK business units and into more than 20 different sectors, Claire has found leaders and colleagues willing to share their expertise. Her favourite projects so far include the Alder Hey Hospital, London Bridge Station Redevelopment, HS2, Paddington Square and Defra NBC. Her career evolved from shadowing design managers on major projects to learning the importance of client care from seasoned role models. Today, Claire is dedicated to empowering people to be the best versions of themselves and to creating a working environment where everyone can thrive.
