Technical Program Manager at Intrinsic, an AI robotics group in Google

Today I spent time catching up on Ken Goldberg’s ICRA 2026 plenary, and it was a humbling reminder of the hurdles we face in robotics. Thx Torsten Kroeger 🫡 What fascinated me most was his concept of Graph as Policy (GAP). Instead of relying on LLMs to write raw, flat code, GAP uses agentic workflows to generate structured computation graphs. It’s a refreshing, pragmatic bridge. We don't have to abandon good old-fashioned engineering. By using agents to build modular, ROS-like structures, we can merge the reliability of classic control with the adaptability of generative. This reminds me of Intrinsic's ongoing AI Challenge. Check out Andreas Bihlmaier's post about it: https://lnkd.in/gaXfjWh9 Watch the talk: https://lnkd.in/gz_hjTNe #robotics #ai #physicalai #ros
