Work doesn't stall because your team lacks tools. It falters in the space between them. A request lives in Teams. Its deadline lives in Wrike. The context lives in a Slack message from three weeks ago. Nothing's wrong with any single tool, but nothing's talking to each other either. Wrike Agent Builder closes that gap. When you build an agent in our platform, it doesn't just connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and Outlook, it acts inside them. When a task's status changes to Blocked, an agent posts straight to the connected Teams channel with a summary of what's holding it up. When an assignment agent can't determine where a task should go, it sends a message to the administrator in Outlook so a person can step in. Our Director of Product for AI, Andras Horvath, spent over a year building this capability and wrote about what it's taught him about AI agents inside real enterprise workflows. Worth a read (link in the comments). See Wrike Agent Builder in action below. 👇
