Six months ago, we sat down with customers and asked a hard question: what's really stopping teams from using AI? The answer wasn't ambition. It was access. Most project managers aren't engineers, and they shouldn't have to become one just to save four hours a week. So we built something different — our Conversational AI Agent Builder. You describe the workflow you want, in plain language, and it builds it. No code. No tinkering. No manual required. The impact of this approach has been huge. Enterprise adoption of our AI has tripled since June 2025. Our customers are running more than 5.5 million AI agent actions, and process time is down 93%. That's teams reclaiming real hours they used to lose to setup and configuration. “Powerful AI shouldn't require an engineer to unlock and should be approachable for all users,” said our CEO, Thomas Scott. “We're at an inflection point where every team, not just technical ones, expects to work smarter. This is how we deliver on that.” Our agents got sharper too. They now read parent items, formula fields, and sibling tasks before acting, so every decision is based on the full picture of a project, not just the task sitting in front of it. They run multi-step workflows in the exact order you set, and each step can build on the one before it. We've also grown our Model Context Protocol connections 16 times over since January, and you'll now find our MCP Server in the Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI marketplaces. Admins stay in control the whole way through, with the ability to turn AI features on or off by user type and track usage down to the person and the agent. This is our answer to what teams have been asking for the loudest: real power, without complexity. Full announcement in the comments.
