When asked what drew him to oil and gas, Adam shared that he's always been drawn to science and technical fields, and the industry offers a strong problem-solving element that's hard to find elsewhere. "No two reservoirs or projects are exactly the same," he explained, noting that interpreting incomplete data to make precise, accountable decisions is what keeps the work engaging. The full feature highlights so much of what makes Adam the leader he is: 🔹 On his proudest professional achievement: Adam co-developed a database quality control process that brings structure and consistency to large datasets while preserving room for professional judgment, automating organization and standardization to catch errors that might otherwise be missed. 🔹 On leadership: He believes strong leadership comes down to technical credibility, sound judgment, and the ability to lead people through complex, uncertain situations. "Integrity and consistency go a long way." 🔹 His advice to young professionals: Invest in soft skills just as seriously as technical ones. "Technical competence is the price of admission...but...the people who truly stand out and grow into leadership roles are the ones who can communicate well, build trust, navigate difficult conversations and bring others along with them."
