As campaign execution becomes increasingly automated, competitive advantage is shifting towards strategy, creativity, experimentation and business consulting rather than manual optimisation. ✨Business outcomes are replacing platform metrics. The industry is moving beyond CPCs, CTRs and ROAS towards profitability, customer lifetime value and incrementality as the measures of marketing success. ✨AI-powered commerce is reshaping digital marketing. As shopping journeys become increasingly AI-assisted, high-quality first-party data, structured product feeds and robust measurement frameworks are becoming critical competitive advantages.
