This week started with a bang! After 15 months of hard work, on Monday we finalized the Educational Leadership Programme of the of EWUU alliance (TU/e, WUR, UU, UMC Utrecht). This has been an absolute blast, engaging with a wonderful group of colleagues to enrich one another's views on education, educational innovation, and leadership. I am thrilled that all of us agreed that this closing day is not actually the end, and look forward to working together more in the future. The organization by the Utrecht University Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning has been fantastic, with a special mention to our main coaches and organizers Gönül Dilaver and Carolijn Ouwehand. My personal project with the programme deals with the question how we can better prepare our students to deal with questions relating to open science and scientific integrity. I'd like to thank everyone who provided input and encouragement for that, in particular Marc van Mil, Sanli Faez, Kristina Korshunova, and Mark Bentum. I am thankful that the Department of Applied Physics & Science Education at Eindhoven University of Technology gave me the opportunity to participate in this program. Finally, many thanks to my fellow educational leaders Sietse Overbeek, Yuan Lu, Alex Alblas, Dr. Gisela Schuller-v.d. Velden 🟥, Marieke Thurlings, Celso de Mello Donega, Joris Remmers, Pauline Krijgsheld, Ramiro Serra, Wolfgang Hürst, Eva Midden, Joaquin Vanschoren, Christopher Wareham, and Roos De Jonge. Let's keep up the good work!
