We’re proud to share Wormald’s National Learning and Development Manager, Rod Rolfe, has won the Barry Lee Technical Excellence Award at the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia) 2026 Fire Protection Industry Awards, held last week in Melbourne. This marks the second time Rod has received the prestigious award, having previously won in 2017. Named after Barry Lee OAM, the award recognises individuals who’ve made an outstanding technical contribution to the Australian fire protection industry. With more than 50 years of industry experience, Rod has made a significant contribution to the sector through technical training, regulatory compliance, industry leadership, and the ongoing advancement of professional standards.
