We’re pleased to announce that Kristen Bruner will be joining Worley on 1 May and will formally commence as Chief People Officer on 1 July. Kristen brings deep global experience leading people and culture in complex, multinational organisations, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at Huron Consulting Group, building on 18 years of human resources experience at Boeing. She has a strong track record managing complexity at scale and aligning people strategy with business outcomes. At the same time, we’re preparing to farewell Vikki Pink, who will step away as Chief People Officer after nearly seven years at Worley, as she moves into the next chapter of her life and career. Vikki has played a central role during a period of significant growth and change, and we’re grateful for the values-led approach she has brought to Worley.
