Our Services : We are proud to expand WFS Bag Services in Spain, building on a successful collaboration with Vueling and extending this proven model to other IAG Group airlines: Iberia, Iberia Express and LEVEL. What began three years ago as a targeted solution has evolved into a group-wide service model. Through WFS Bag Services, we now manage Central Storage of Mishandled Baggage, Items Left on Board, and Centralized Baggage Tracing (for Vueling and LEVEL). Since the service launch in April 2023, performance has improved significantly, with faster resolution times, enhanced passenger assistance, and higher recovery rates. Vueling’s positive assessment has been instrumental in extending this collaboration across the IAG airline family in Spain.
