Agentic payments are now live - with real transaction in Europe. At Money20/20 Europe, together with ING, we announced the successful execution of the first European initiated end-to-end agentic payment transactions in production with Mastercard. A concrete step beyond experimentation - combining merchant interaction, AI-driven decisioning, secure authentication and issuer authorisation. This marks an inflection point: 👉 moving from AI that supports decisions 👉 to AI that can support payment transactions with full consumer approval At the core of this evolution is one key capability: orchestrating the full payment ecosystem, connecting merchants, acquirers, schemes and issuers.
