𝗦𝗔𝗜𝗖 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮... 🚗🇨🇳 SAIC Motor remained China's largest legacy automaker in 2025, but its home-market lineup tells a story of a market splitting in two. They just built its 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲, owns the 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗚 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 (rescued from a collapsed UK carmaker and rebuilt into one of Europe's fastest-growing brands), and was China's #1 automaker for nearly two decades until BYD knocked it off the top in 2024. In 2025 it sold more than 𝟰.𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 (+12.3%), with self-owned brands reaching 𝟮.𝟵𝟮𝟴 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 (+21.6%).
