Abstract / Brief Description: Yeromenko Eduard This scientific article examines the key conditions for the development of the motor and autonomic functions of the body in combat horting athletes throughout the lifespan. It explores the role of combat horting in promoting a culture of health, healthy lifestyle habits, and the physical, moral, and patriotic education of schoolchildren, university students, and adults in accordance with the demands of contemporary society. The study formulates fundamental concepts related to combat horting, identifies the basic principles of personality development through this martial art, and demonstrates their interrelationship within a comprehensive educational system. Priority directions for implementing these principles in educational and sports practice are defined. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the research are presented, and the need to improve the physical education system for schoolchildren and university students within the framework of the national concept of patriotic education is substantiated. Particular attention is given to the physiological mechanisms of adaptation to physical exercise. Systematic combat horting training stimulates the production of metabolites and hormones and enhances adaptive protein synthesis, thereby increasing the functional capacity of cellular structures. These processes facilitate the transition from short-term physiological responses to stable long-term adaptation. As athletes continue systematic training, the body develops increased resistance through the adaptation of central regulatory mechanisms and peripheral cellular structures, resulting in expanded functional reserves and improved adaptive capacity. The study also analyzes the principal character traits and health habits cultivated through combat horting and describes the conditions necessary for the lifelong development of motor and autonomic body functions in combat horting athletes.
