Reaching every child with lifesaving #vaccines requires going beyond health facilities, and identifying and protecting children in underserved and hard-to-reach communities. 3⃣-year-old Abu Bakkar and his 1⃣-year-old sister Karimon in Bangladesh had never received a single vaccine...not because their parents refused, but because they belonged to a mobile community, beyond the reach of routine health services. During #Bangladesh’s 🇧🇩 nationwide measles-rubella vaccination campaign, health workers identified these zero-dose children and connected them to lifesaving immunization services.
