This Canada Day, we're celebrating Canadians who have the courage to carve their own path. Growing up in foster care, Alexis Teap chased financial security, working three jobs while studying to become a lawyer. But along the way, she began questioning whether she was on the path she truly wanted. “I wasn’t finding any role models. I wasn’t like, ‘I can’t wait to have your life,’” Alexis recalls. So she did something most people would consider crazy: she left law school. She joined WFG, and by 25, Alexis had built a business and created the life she had always dreamed of.
