🌐 🌍 Progressing successful energy transitions is as much about empowering the communities energy systems serve as it is ensuring the sources are sustainable. Meet Sonia, a fourth generation energy plant employee, is part of the transition towards more renewable sources in the Tereul region of Spain, leaving a legacy for her community. This short film is part of “Humanising Energy”, produced for us by BBC StoryWorks to showcase innovation across the energy ecosystem and spotlight the people who are responding to climate change by spearheading solutions to the problems impacting their communities.
